RAPHAËL BEYSANG AND EMÉLIE HURTUBISE J'AIME JM 2022 LITRE

It is always a pleasure to receive this wine, for the first time in litre format, making it a little more accessible to open at home. As usual it is a blend of their gamay (macerated for one week) with Alsation varietals from a good friend of the winemakers, this year sylvaner, pinot blanc ( macerated together for 7 day ), aged in foudre. In a brilliant vintage this sings from the glass bright with wild red fruit, a perfect wine to chill down when the sun comes out. Great chilled with food with some spice.
