NICOLAS PAVIE, INCIPIT, THEIZE, BEAUJOLAIS, 100% GRELINETTE 2018

Nicolas Pavie makes incredibly balanced pure and long wines from old vines in an unfashionable part of southern Beaujolais. His style is very different from the cru's up north favouring gently infusions of whole berries rather than the traditional semi-carbonic style of the region. 

A blend of two terroirs, clay and limestone, the same that went into No Judgement Day and, 50% from the parcel on sand and granite.
