DOMAINE LA CÔTELETTE, LES TROGNES DE PINOT 2022

Very old vines of Pinot Noir, some over 100 years old, in 2022 Benoit gave the grapes a slightly longer maceration than he has previously, believing the old vines can give even more elegance and complexity. Though drinking well now, this is a wine that will age quite wonderfully.
