DOMAINE GOEPP, FAROUCHE 2021

100% Pinot Noir, from a parcel of 30 year old vines planted on sand and clay. The grapes were given a whole bunch carbonic maceration for 8 days then aged in barrels for 7 months. 2021 was a cooler vintage and has given a wine with lighter fruit and a a smoky reduction which settles with a little air. We like this chilled with something off the grill, hopefully with a bit of sunshine!
