DOMAINE GOEPP, AFFENBERG PINOT-GRIS 2022

100% Pinot Gris from 50 year old vines on clay and limestone in the commune of Bernardswiller. The grapes are pressed in whole bunches, before ageing in oak barrels on the total lees. Its rounded long and has a wonderful texture to the light floral fruit. Lovely to taste a direct press Pinot Gris with this much character and depth.
