FABRICE DODANE RIESLING 2021

Winemaker Fabrice Dodane's wines have become sought after for their purity and elegance, combined with an ability to age. In recent years yields in the Jura region, where he is based have been low, leading many in the region to buy fruit. Fabrice bought some Riesling from Alsace and gave it a weeks maceration on the skins before ageing in old oak. It still shows off his pure mineral style.
