Syrah 60% Petit Verdot 40% from clay soil over a limestone bedrock. Each variety is harvested and vinified separately. He blends them at the end of their maturation in barrel.
3 months of maceration in stainless steel then passed to used French and American oak for 11 months.
4,000 bottle production. No sulfites added.
