Laurent Saillard - Blank 2019. Opulent Sauvignon from older vines with wonderful texture, a great wine to have with canapes.
Francois Saint-Lo - Les Pouches Chenin 2017. Francois new Chenin parcel, 1/3 is macerated whole bunch for 20 days, the rest is direct press. Elevage then in barrel for a couple of years. A wine that is brimming with energy, full of minerality and an edge of almost tropical fruit.
Francois Saint-Lo, Bois Guyon 2016. A Cabernet Franc of grace and delicacy, with a colour you would sooner associate with Pinot Noir than Cabernet. Three year elevage in barrel, but still so full of life.
Domaine De Montrieux, Grandgousier 2017
Older vines of Pineau d'Aunis, some up to 120 years old. a long gentle maceration than put into barrel until ready.
Romain Des Grottes - L'Antidote 2019
A sparkling soft drink made from Gamay juice from the vineyard, apple, ginger and a herbal tea made from 15 botanicals. Often needed in the festive season to cure the ills of the night before.
