
A hodgepodge. From Domaine Petit Roubie in Pinet Grenache Gris and Muscat d'Alecandrie macerated in terracotta amphora. From Goepp in Alsace, a little Auxerrois and Riesling mainly for acidity.
Whole bunch maceration of all the grapes, fermented in terracotta amphora and aged in cuve. Heady and perfumed, but with a refreshing edge of acidity.
