2019 was a really nice vintage for Jacques and this is a great example of this variety, known mostly as the grape used in Muscadet. Here we are in the eastern end of the Muscadet appellation with slightly different terroir, but still a lot of granite. What sets Jacques' approach apart is the natural way he works, the wines going through both fermentations (all commercial Muscadet will have the malolactic fermentation blocked).
