60% Tempranillo, 40% Garnacha blend from slate soil. The grapes for this wine are taken from 4 separate plots, all between 1150m and 1300m above sea level.

The bunches are destemmed and then pressed, macerated for 25 days in steel tanks, and then left to ferment for 9 months in vat, creating a young, fresh and mineral driven wine.

8000 bottles, 8mg/L sulfites added.
