Cabernet Franc from 80 year old vines. De-stemmed, 10 days maceration in tank, pressed then most goes to 400 litres barrels. Wait two years and a half, gets bottled, wait a year and a half more before it sees the sunlight. Poor soil, nearly 100% limestone.
