A first for François. 100% Grolleau Gris, given a twenty day maceration. The Grapes are put in whole bunch, then left to macerate themselves, the fermentation starts inside the berry. It's pressed off and then put back into tank.
Clocking in at 10% this is at once wonderfully light, but also ripe and aromatic. It's a wonderful summer wine and a bottle doesn't last long enough!
