Daniel Sage makes some of the most sought after wines at the moment. His idiosyncratic takes on many different varietals are unique and often quite breathtaking. His vinification methods have created quite a trend that we are seeing pop up around France and other corners of the globe. He has small amounts of Gamay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Chardonnay & Viognier.
