Cauzon Blanco 2017
A blend of Macabeo, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Viognier and Torrontes from red sand soil containing a lot of stone. This wine is a blend of several international grapes, with the addition of Torrontes, an indigenous grape to the region.
Macerated on the skins for just 8 hours, allowing for the development of a little tannin and texture, it is then transferred to stainless steel tanks to age for 4 months before bottling.
1400 bottles, no sulfites added.
