Grenache on basalt soil, blended with 20% Cinsault. There is a gentle two week whole bunch maceration before being transferred to fibreglass.
70% Mourvedre, 30% Carignan from young vines. Destemmed fruit and a 1-2 month maceration. Bursting with bright young fruit, fun to drink now, will gain elegance with age.
