100% Gamay from vines planted in 1955 Theize, 25 minutes north of their winery towards Macon. They took it over in 2017 and are converting it to organic, this is the second vintage on this parcel. Two weeks of maceration whole bunch then aging in a 30hl barrel from Beaujolais.
