It is always a pleasure to receive this wine an unusual delicious co-ferment of alsation varietals from a good friend of the winemakers, with their own gamay. Aged in an Alsatian barrel for longer than usual, this is a particularly expressive vintage and feels rather celebratory particularly in the traditional Alsatian magnum bottle format. Could be drunk now, or given time to age and brought out for a special occasion.
